Welcome to Sabkhojo.in. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Sabkhojo website, mobile application, digital products and educational services.

By accessing or using Sabkhojo.in or the Sabkhojo App, or by purchasing any digital product or Paid Test, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

1. About Sabkhojo

Sabkhojo provides educational and informational content primarily for students and competitive examination aspirants.

Our services may include:

Government job and recruitment information
Results and admit card information

Online quizzes and practice tests
Paid Tests and other digital educational services

2. Use of Website and App

Sabkhojo services are provided for personal and educational use. You agree to use the website and application only for lawful purposes.

You must not:

Copy, reproduce, modify or redistribute our paid digital products without permission.
Resell or commercially distribute purchased Books, Notes, PDFs or Paid Test content.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website, application, server or database.
Use our services for fraudulent or unlawful activities.
Upload or transmit malicious software or harmful content.
Misuse payment, test-access or other features of the service.

3. Digital Products

Sabkhojo may offer Digital Books, Notes, PDFs and other educational materials.

These products are provided electronically. No physical shipping or courier delivery is applicable to digital products unless specifically stated otherwise for a particular product.

After successful payment, the purchased digital product may be made available through the website, application or applicable download/access facility.

4. Paid Tests

Sabkhojo may provide Paid Tests for competitive examination preparation and educational practice.

Paid Tests may be available at different prices, including ₹49, ₹99, ₹149 and ₹199, depending on the particular Test.

The applicable price and available features will be displayed before the user completes the purchase.

After successful payment, access to the purchased Paid Test may be provided through the Sabkhojo App or applicable digital platform.

Paid Test content is intended for individual educational use. Users must not copy, record, share, publish, resell or commercially distribute Paid Test content without permission.

5. Payments

Payments for digital products and services may be processed through third-party payment service providers such as Razorpay.

Users are responsible for providing accurate information while making a payment.

Sabkhojo does not ask users to provide their card PIN, UPI PIN, CVV or payment passwords to us.

Payment processing may be handled by the applicable third-party payment service provider according to its own terms and policies.

6. Pricing

Prices of Digital Books, Notes, PDFs and Paid Tests may vary depending on the product or service.

The applicable price will be displayed before the user completes the purchase.

Sabkhojo may change product prices or promotional offers from time to time. The price applicable at the time of a successfully completed purchase will apply to that transaction.

7. Cancellation and Refund

Cancellation and refund requests are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Because our Digital Books, Notes, PDFs and Paid Tests are digital products or services, refunds are generally considered only in eligible situations such as:

Successful payment but the purchased product or service was not delivered or access was not provided.
Duplicate payment for the same product or service.
Technical failure preventing access to the purchased service.
Other genuine payment or technical issues that prevent delivery of the purchased service.

Once a Paid Test has been accessed and/or attempted, or a digital product has been successfully downloaded or accessed, a refund may generally not be available merely because the user changes their mind.

8. Digital Delivery

Sabkhojo's Digital Books, Notes, PDFs and Paid Tests are delivered electronically.

No physical shipping or courier delivery is applicable to these digital products and services.

If payment is successful but the purchased product or service is not available, the user should contact us with the relevant payment or transaction details.

9. Educational and Job Information

Sabkhojo publishes government job, recruitment, examination, result, admit card and educational information for informational and educational purposes.

Users should verify important information, eligibility, examination dates, application requirements and official notices from the concerned official authority before taking any action.

Sabkhojo does not guarantee selection, employment, admission, examination success or any other specific result based on the information or study materials provided.

10. Accuracy of Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information published on Sabkhojo useful and updated.

However, information may change because of updates, corrections or decisions made by government departments, examination authorities, universities or other third parties.

Therefore, Sabkhojo does not guarantee that every piece of information will always be complete, current or error-free.

11. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the website design, graphics, branding, original articles, digital products, test content and other materials created or provided by Sabkhojo are protected by applicable intellectual property rights.

Purchased digital products may be used for personal educational purposes only.

Unauthorized copying, redistribution, resale, publication or commercial use of paid content is prohibited.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or completely error-free access to our services at all times.

If any part of Sabkhojo requires an account, registered mobile number or other authentication method, users are responsible for keeping their access information secure.

Users should not share OTPs, passwords or other access credentials with anyone.

15. Misuse of Purchased Content

Purchased digital content and Paid Tests are intended for the individual purchaser.

Sharing paid content publicly, uploading it to other websites, groups or channels, reselling it, or using it for commercial purposes without permission is prohibited.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access where we reasonably believe that purchased content is being misused.

16. Changes to Services

Sabkhojo may modify, update, suspend or discontinue any feature, content, Test, digital product or service when necessary.

We may also update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be published on this page.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sabkhojo shall not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from temporary website or app unavailability, third-party service failures, changes made by examination authorities, incorrect or outdated information originating from third parties, or problems caused by the user's device, internet connection or network.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude any liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
